Using domanana

Domanana is an AI domain name generator. You can use it to describe an app, product, business, or idea and receive domain name suggestions that may be refined in chat.

By using domanana, you agree to use the service responsibly and only for lawful purposes.

Accounts

You may use some parts of domanana without signing in. Signing in with Google can unlock saved work, generation history, saved domains, watchlists, notes, and account limits.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Generated names and availability

Generated names are suggestions, not legal, trademark, business, or investment advice. Domain availability checks are informational and can become outdated quickly.

Before relying on a name, you should independently check domain availability, pricing, trademarks, naming conflicts, platform rules, and any legal or commercial restrictions that may apply.

Ownership and exclusivity

Domanana does not guarantee that a generated name is unique, protectable, registrable, or exclusive to you. Other users may receive similar or identical suggestions. A domain is not yours unless and until you successfully register it through a registrar.

Your content

You are responsible for the briefs, comments, seed words, notes, and other content you enter. Do not submit confidential information, passwords, private keys, payment details, or content you are not allowed to use.

You allow domanana to process your submitted content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

Third-party services

Domanana uses third-party services for hosting, authentication, analytics, AI generation, domain availability checks, and outbound registrar links. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

If you click a registration link, you leave domanana and interact with a third-party registrar. Purchases, renewals, pricing, refunds, and registrar account issues are handled by that registrar.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to bypass limits, abuse credits, scrape the service, or overload the domain availability checks.
• Do not use domanana to generate names for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or abusive activity.
• Do not interfere with authentication, security controls, or other users' data.

Free beta

Domanana is currently offered as a free beta. Features, limits, availability, models, supported extensions, and saved-work behavior may change as the product evolves.

No warranties

Domanana is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free results, exact domain availability, registrar pricing, trademark clearance, or business outcomes from any generated name.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, domanana is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, domain registration issues, naming conflicts, or reliance on generated suggestions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use of domanana after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
