Privacy Policy

Information we collect

Domanana collects only the information needed to run the domain name generator, keep accounts working, and improve the service.

• Account information: if you sign in with Google, Supabase Auth stores the identity information needed for login, such as your user id and email. Our app profile table stores only your user id and account plan.
• Generation content: when you use the generator, your brief, follow-up messages, selected extensions, seed words, and generated domain results are processed so we can return domain ideas. Signed-in generation sessions may be saved to your account.
• Saved work: if you save domains, watchlists, or notes, we store that content so you can access it later.
• Credit and usage data: for signed-in accounts, we store credit ledger entries and basic usage counts needed to enforce request limits.
• Browser storage: we use local storage for your analytics choice, free-search counter, and small interface preferences such as dismissed tips.
• Technical data: hosting, security, analytics, and auth providers may process standard technical data such as IP address, device, browser, page path, and request metadata.

How we use information

• To generate, rank, and check domain name ideas.
• To provide Google sign-in, sessions, saved domains, watchlists, notes, and account limits.
• To prevent abuse, debug errors, protect the service, and keep security controls working.
• To understand product usage when you accept analytics cookies.
• To comply with legal, security, or operational requirements.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is used only to confirm your identity and create a session. We request basic sign-in scopes only: openid, email, and profile. We do not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts, or other Google account content.

We do not receive or store your Google password.

AI and domain availability providers

Your naming brief and related generation context may be sent to AI providers to create, classify, or rank domain ideas. Domain candidates may also be checked against public domain availability services such as RDAP servers. Do not enter passwords, private keys, payment details, confidential business secrets, or other sensitive information into the generator.

Analytics and cookies

Domanana uses Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies. Analytics is configured without Google signals or ad personalization. If you decline or do not choose, analytics events are not sent by our app.

Authentication cookies are separate from analytics cookies and are needed to keep signed-in sessions working.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate domanana, such as hosting, database, authentication, analytics, AI, and domain availability providers, or when required for security, legal compliance, or business continuity.

Retention and deletion

Signed-in saved work is kept until you delete it, request deletion, or we no longer need it to operate the service. Operational logs and analytics data are retained according to the settings of the relevant providers.

Security

We use standard security practices including HTTPS, managed authentication, server-side checks for account data, and row-level database access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we aim to collect less data and keep access limited to what the product needs.

Children

Domanana is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. If a change materially affects how we use account data, we will update this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
